Adoption Counseling
$150/hr*
Bringing a child into your family through adoption is a deeply meaningful journey, and also comes with emotional and logistical challenges. We provide personalized support to help you navigate the process with confidence and clarity (Included in the cost of a home study if completed through S&S Counseling).

Home Study Services
$3,000
A home study is required for adoption and ensures your home meets state requirements. We complete this process as efficiently as possible to help you move forward.
Includes:
- Consultation & interviews
- Home visit & safety assessment
- Background checks & required documentation
- Two certified copies of your home study
Home Study Update – $800
State law requires annual home study updates. If your situation has significantly changed or your original home study has expired, a new home study is required.
Post Placement Supervision
$400
Utah law requires a home visit after placement to ensure bonding and safety. Some agencies may require additional visits.
This service includes:
- Home visit & bonding assessment
- Written report & submission to attorney
- Two certified copies of the supervisory report
Birth ParentRelinquishment
$150/hr
A judge may appoint a social worker or attorney to facilitate the legal relinquishment of parental
rights. We ensure the process is handled with sensitivity and professionalism.
Services include:
- Paperwork review & signing
- Ensuring proper state of mind
- Processing & placement coordination
