Heather Najera

My name is Heather Najera, I help busy Mental HealthCare Providers optimize their time by being the liaison between them and health insurance companies. My goal is to simplify the billing and credentialing process to alleviate the burden on Mental HealthCare Providers, giving them more time to focus on providing care to their clients, while increasing revenue.

I started my career in The Medical and Business Field nearly 20 years ago. I obtained my Certification as a Medical Assistant and Office Management Specialist. After my Internship at a Pediatric office I was offered my first position as a Pediatric Medical Assistant, soon after I was offered the responsibility of Medical Records Specialist and ultimately advanced to Front Office Manager.

Since then I have sought every opportunity to grow my experience and develop my skills. Accepting challenging projects and working hard to exceed in Specialties including Neurology, Rheumatology, and Behavioral Health to name a few.

I came to realize that although I truly enjoyed my position as a Medical Assistant, I was always drawn back to Billing & Insurance and Business Administration, because in my opinion this is the backbone of any successful business.
